It’s common knowledge that exercise is good for you, and may be one of the best things you can do for your overall health. I have only three goals that need to be met when you ultimately become versed in doing physical activity: if done properly, physical activity requires a change of clothes into workout gear, sweating to the point of needing a shower, and being unable to talk in full sentences while doing it. I recommend engaging in some sort of physical activity at least 5 days a week for one hour. Make living an active life be part of who you are. You’ll be amazed at what you can do and how this achievement transfers over to other areas in your life. Your waistline aside, you will discover that the active life is a Full life.
