Are you eating too much? Solution to eating less and losing weight may lie in beFull Solution
Since the inception of the beFull Solution, the product line has expanded to include not only the Fullbar but also Fullbites, a substitute for bite-sized foods such as mini cookies or potato chips. Another product is Aquafull, which are portable packets that can be poured into water. And most recently they began offering Truffulls, which are small bars that have the effectiveness of the Fullbar but incorporate chocolate to help suppress the need for a candy bar.

Slow, Steady May Not Be Best for Weight Loss
The authors and Dr. Michael Snyder, AOL Heath's bariatric surgery specialist, said that future studies should follow dieters for more than one year to find more long-term effects of the pace of weight loss.Snyder, also a general surgeon at The Denver Center for Bariatric Surgery, said the faults of this study involve its variability, considering the different methods used for weight loss. But early weight loss often involves losing a lot of water weight, and this success often encourages people to continue their weight-loss habits, he told AOL Health.

Study: Popular Drugstore Slimming Supplements Do Nothing to Boost Weight Loss
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration does not currently regulate weight-loss supplements or vitamins. The same is true for many regulating bodies in other countries. "People have to be careful," said Dr. Michael A. Snyder, AOL Health's bariatric surgery specialist and a general surgeon for The Denver Center for Bariatric Surgery. "Just because its over-the-counter doesn't mean that it's safe." Snyder told AOL Health these studies biggest limitations were the size and general framework of the study, as it's difficult to tell how the participants were encouraged to lose weight. But he doesn't find the results surprising, because weight loss is more complicated than changing one thing despite many people's hopes for easy success.

A Look at the FullBar Diet Program
The FullBar is actually not really a diet, but rather a food item created by Denver Colorado bariatric surgeon Michael Snyder, MD, to emulate the surgical method towards appetite fulfillment and weight loss. Similar to weight loss surgical procedures which physically decrease the dimensions of your stomach, FullBars happen to be created to enable you to feel full thus you consume a smaller amount at meals.

FullBar’s New Protein Bar
beFull Solution, which was formerly known as FullBar, has created a new protein bar to add to their existing menu of snacks, bars and drinks to support your weight loss. The FullBar Fit is a new bar that has the lowest calorie-to-protein ratio of any all-natural protein or energy bar on the market. The FullBar Fit currently comes in three flavors: Chewy Brownie, Toffee Crunch and Chocolate Peanut Butter Crisp. Each bar has 180 calories, five grams of fiber and 15 grams of muscle-building protein. I had a chance to sample two of the flavors, the Chewy Brownie and Peanut Butter Crisp, and as a self-proclaimed energy bar guru, I give the thumbs up to the FullBar for its taste and size.

Snack Bar Helps Fuel Weight-Loss
Instead of going under the knife, folks can shed weight by munching on one miraculous snack bar. Dr. Michael A. Snyder is helping people ditch their extra baggage with the “Fullbar,” a snack bar that successfully feigns a full stomach. Snyder explains that when people eat a big meal, the stomach stretches and sends a signal to the brain letting it know that it’s full. His bars “mimic” that sensation because they’re packed with filling ingredients like puffed wheat and protein, so people feel like they’ve had a large meal without actually consuming all the calories from gorging. Dr. Snyder invented the snack in his basement and has seen amazing results come of it. It must work because he has tons of repeat customers.

Fullbar Diet
The Fullbar diet involves the strategic use of filling, fiber-rich foods. It was created by Dr. Michael Snyder, a weight-loss surgeon. According to the official Fullbar website, dieters simply eat or drink a Fullbar product 30 minutes before every meal, along with 16 oz. of water. The products are high in fiber, which helps cause a feeling of fullness. The Fullbar diet is supposed to reduce the amount of calories a person eats in a day because Fullbar food eaten before meals causes him to feel full.

The Fullbar is a new diet bar that works on the principle of weight-loss surgery. In fact, it's designed by a bariatric surgeon, Dr. Michael Snyder. You eat the bar 30 minutes before a meal, along with about 16 ounces of water. The Fullbar is supposed to send that "full" signal to your brain. The theory is, in turn, you will eat less at mealtime.

Meal Replacement Diet Ideas
While not a typical meal replacement bar, the Fullbar follows the same concept of other bars but with a twist. Dr. Michael Snyder, MD, a bariatric surgeon, is the designer and expert behind the Fullbar diet. The Fullbar is designed to mimic the fullness results of post- bariatric surgery without surgical intervention. Based on the plan, the Fullbar should be consumed 30 minutes before lunch and dinner along with 16 ounces of water. Unlike other meal replacements, participants also get to eat a small, healthy meal. Since Fullbar contains approximately 170 calories, 6 g protein, and 5 g fiber it will help with satiety. If healthy foods are not consumed, calories can add up and exceed an individual's calorie budget resulting in lack of optimal weight loss.

Rather, I think these snacks are more filling than the average 160 calorie snack. There is not a universal scale for measuring fullness, but made with whole grains, and puffy ones that expand in your belly at that, I was considerably more full and satisfied than I would have been by the average snack. The sheer size of the snacks is enough to trick you into fullness, even when you know that most of it is air.
