Similar to weight loss surgical procedures which physically decrease the dimensions of your stomach, FullBars happen to be created to enable you to feel full thus you consume a smaller amount at meals.... FIT BOTTOMED GIRLS: A Non-Diet Diet Book We Are Seriously In-Like With
Author Dr. Michael A. Snyder is also the creator of Full products like FullBar Fit and FullBites, both of which we’ve reviewed and enjoyed. When I first got Full: A Life Without Dieting, I was concerned that the book would actually be a commercial for the Full products —so many diet books pimp a specific product or supplement these days—but it wasn’t in the least. Instead, it was filled with interesting facts, research and an inside look at how bariatric surgery works.... (read more)

FIT BOTTOMED GIRLS: Setting the “Bar”
Truffulls : We already know about the health and happiness-inducing benefits of chocolate, and we know the tastiness of other FullBar and FullBites products, so when we were asked if we’d like to try Truffulls, our answer was “Hells yes.” And Truffulls may be the tastiest addition to the Be Full line thus far. These all-natural candy bar-like treats come in chocolate caramel and chocolate mint.... (read more)
AOL HEALTH: How Does Gastric Bypass Work?
Though I'm the founder of Fullbar, a line of healthy foods that help people feel full and eat less, I still work as a weight-loss surgeon. It's my day job and my passion. I believe in the power of bariatric surgery for appropriate candidates. It's especially useful for people with a body mass index (BMI) of 35 or greater who have not had success with long-lasting, significant weight loss and whose medical risk factors or medical problems will likely be lessened or eliminated with significant weight loss. There are many factors to be considered when choosing bariatric surgery, especially when it comes to which type of procedure to undergo.... (read more)
