Before making any changes to ones diet, individuals with diabetes should talk to a doctor, however, the glycemic impact of most of our products (excluding Aquafull) can be likened to a medium sized apple, so if your diabetes permits you to consume apples you should be able to enjoy beFull products.

Yes, they are. Fullbar, Fullbites and Aquafull are regular food that is often a better alternative than many foods for children. Every child is different however and you know your child the best and what their eating habits are. If they need to eat less,the beFull Solution will help.

Fullbites and Aquafull are Gluten free. Fullbar is not a gluten free product because one of the main ingredients found in Fullbar is puffed wheat.

If you have had bariatric surgery the size of your stomach should be very small and already restricting how much food you need to feel full. Since you are eating so little food it is important to make sure you are getting the nutrition you need, therefore we do not recommend eating the beFull Solution.

Since the beFull Solution is based on the same principles of bariatric surgery, the beFull Solution is an excellent option for people who do not qualify for surgery but want to lose weight and keep it off.

Since beFull Solutions are all natural there shouldn’t be any problem eating them during pregnancy. However if your OB doctor has you on any particular dietary guidelines, we suggest you follow those and consult your physician.
