In my experience, people try to understand too much, especially given the overabundance of information that makes the weight-loss endeavor all the more complicated, confusing, and challenging. The reality is that you know a lot of theory and you know a lot of "stuff to do." Yet you seem unable to incorporate these lessons into your real life. That is the hard part. The painful truth is that you have to put forth the effort to succeed. You have to set yourself up for success, to change what you can stick to. So stop trying to master the art of weight-loss biodynamics and just focus on doing one thing differently this week.
