Realize that the “program” you are now embarking on is exceedingly different from any you’ve tried before. This is not about the pain of dieting. It doesn’t offer a set meal plan or daily regimen. You can continue to eat whatever you normally eat while applying specific strategies that will help you to gain better control over your sense of fullness—without feeling deprived or restricted.
